Hey Ed,
Definitely! Back in the day it was 100 times more difficult and very costly to integrate e-commerce into a website. Now its free.
I build my wordpress in less then a minute through GoDaddy.
Finally there is E-commerce from wordpress to replace that messy Oscommerce.
Absolutely fantastic.
I love the evolution of eCommerce over the years. The older systems are such a pain to deal with or you’d have to spend a lot to get a robust system.
For many people, like bloggers and small businesses, they don’t need this gigantic backend and don’t have the time to fiddle with tons of coding. It’s great to see systems like this.
Going to keep this in mind for my future projects.

Hey Murlu,
E-commerce technology really has come a long way. I remember back in the day there were many occasions I considered setting up my own sites that facilitated online purchases, only to be intimidated by the monster and ultimately gave up. Fortunately, the times are changing; fast!
This should be good. Building an ecommerce site is a headache, it looks like WordPress will make it much easier now.
Thanks for the video. I’ve only ever monetized my sites through affiliate links but eCommerce is something that is really starting to appeal to me. I’m definitely going to do some more investigation about this plugin and eCommerce in general.
This is a great plugin. I can now easily make a ecommerce site through wordpress. Thanks for sharing this great plugin and video.
I’m definitely going to do some more investigation about this plug in and e Commerce in general.
Thanks for the video. Systems such as WP Ecommerce are so powerful they amaze me. Ive only been using WordPress for about 6 months but in that time I’ve made use of so many plugins which allow me to do things I could never have done before.
