The Tablet Wars wage on, and based Microsoft's New Courier Digital Journal
on what I’m seeing from Microsoft, I think they will easily take the lead. Information has been leaked from Microsoft about its new “Digital Journal” named, the Courier, and seems to be set for launch in the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year. Although Microsoft has not officially announced the Courier, sources seem to be reliable about the product and its very unique features.

New Computer Interface That Reads Your Mind

Gtec, an Austrian firm, unveiled a computer systemBrain-Computer Interface
that can read the user’s mind to type words on a laptop. Gtec is showing off its new device at CeBIT 2010 (CeBIT is the world’s largest trade fair, held in Germany, showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions for home and work environments). Skinput, the new Touch-Interface for your skin

Skinput, is getting me really excited, since I’ve never even imagined that mankind would be creating this type of technology so soon. While resistive touchscreens are being phased out in favor of capacitive screens, Carnegie Mellon University and Microsoft are working together on touchscreens for the skin on your body, called Skinput.
